Sorry Marcin,

Thought you would like to do this only once, but see that you like to do
this twice a day, that would make my approach a bit rude ...

If you would make it a hierarchical QoS methode, the port can be limited to
a maximum at total speed, which you would let loose later on the day.
In this way the oversubscription changes instead of the speed per
subscriber.

Just my thoughts.
