[rbak-nsp] dot1Q circuit traffic counters

Hi guys,

I am trying to collect some traffic counters (either normal, or HC)
for some dot1Q circuits.

I have tried to collect ifInOctets / ifOutOctets (32bit/64bit) for the
interface index associated with a particular circuit, but I get no
values at all.

I have also looked through Redback Documentation and MIB, but I didn't
find out how I might get these values.

Anyone knows where should I look to get these counters?
