[rbak-nsp] L2TP configured by radius?

Hi Thomas,

Give the following attributes a try:

        Tunnel-Type = L2TP,
        Tunnel-Medium-Type = IP,
        Tunnel-Password = "redback",
        Tunnel-Server-Endpoint = 1.1.1.1

You just need to set the password and endpoint for the LNS you are
sending the session to.  These are standard attributes and not VSAs.
