[rbak-nsp] Re-authorize subscriber via snmp

So nothing changes between the outputs of "show subscribers active username
<username>" ?

Usually, if you are going to reauthorise a user and some new attributes will
not be applied, they show up here.

Is there a need to change the entire profile? Are you changing  many
attributes or just one?
