Hi,
It depends on what is you task.
I suggest that you would like to change speed and ACLs for subscriber as minimum?
If yes, then radius has to return attributes like:
87 QoS-Policy-Policing
88 QoS-Policy-Metering
Or
156 Qos_Rate_Inbound
157 Qos_Rate_Outbound
(depends on your configuration)
For ACL changes there is rfc attribute 11 Filter-Id
...
etc.
Please be specific with your requirements and I will be able to give you more accurate answer.
