[rbak-nsp] Error Log for PPA and QoS

Smartedge does not have such a feature so it can't be because of the number of log messages.

Actually I have another problem. Since two weeks ago at unparticular time, all ports on the device become down and up. According to the logs device has problem with PPA and this service is restarted.
I wonder , is this problem related to this log or not?
One of my colleagues, thinks because of this error device reaches a maximum threshold of error on PPA and restart it.
I am using SE-OS 6.1.5.3 with 24k license.
