[rbak-nsp] get subscriber profile name via SNMP

Hello.

3 subscriber's profiles are configured on SE100 (SEOS -6.1.5.3) -
SubP1, SubP2 and SubP3. Using
RBN-SUBSCRIBER-ACTIVE-MIB::rbnSubsProfileCountTable I can receive the
count of active subscribers on all three profiles:
