[rbak-nsp] Subscriber bulkstats

Has anyone used Bulkstats for subscriber data collection?  If so do you 
have an example config I can try?

I'm still just getting "Data not yet available for Subscriber on 
circuit" although the subscriber has now been connected for days and 
generating traffic.
