[rbak-nsp] NetOp FE high memory utilization

hi everyone,
 
I don't know is this the right forum for NetOp PM.
we are having high memory utilization problem (88%) with NetOp FE radius server.
Process stats shows that most of the memory is consumed by radiusd process as shown below highlighted red.

we are using dynamic clips on SE400 using as NAS with NPM
Is this some kind of memory leak?
Kindly suggest if someone has seen such issue.
