6.2.1.4 works fine with BGP, but latest 6.3 and new 6.4 have some new 
RFC check point that some other in internet do not commit and so are 
dropping sessions down..
There should be some switch to change SEOS behaviour in a case of faulty 
option i.e. to drop the session or ignore it...
