Well, this happend about 2-3 times in a living environment on both 
6.2.1.4 and 6.1.3.6 (before upgrade).
So, what I had to do is to restore proper operation ASAP - no time for 
deeper debug.

But - I'll try to find out some scenarion to provoke it, I'll let you know.

Yes, I'am sure, this we could check with RS administrator.
