[rbak-nsp] multibind interface explanation

Hello

Does a multibind interface listen and automatically respond to incoming ppp
sessions, if so under what conditions or does it need defining in radius.
Can somebody please explain exactly what a multibind interface does, ive got
a redback pdf on the subject but its unclear.
