we solved it this was (SEOS-6.1.5.5):

interface pool_if_name multibind lastresort
   ip unnumbered loopback13
   ip pool x.x.x.x/y name pool_name1
   ip pool x.x.x.x/y name pool_name1
   ip pool x.x.x.x/y name pool_name2

subscriber default
   ip address pool name pool_name1
