[rbak-nsp] EFM supported by Redback?

hi experts,
 
One of our cutomers has requested to configure EFM (ethernet in first mile) between smartedge and other vendour aggregation switch. can some one let me know that is Redback supporting EFM. how can i proceed to configure EFM between smartedge and other aggregation switch.
