[rbak-nsp] service upload-coredump

service upload-coredump need to be input in global configuration i.e local. But in my case, all the interfaces are configured in another context but not in local. 
So even if i configure "service upload-coredump" in context local, will it be still able to send the coredumps to the FTP server?
