[rbak-nsp] user drop slowly when using authentication none

The error means that the system fails to allocate an AAA session in the shared memory. Thus, fails to authenticate the subscriber.

Enter show memory, show aaa debug-stat, show process aaa chunk-stat, show process aaa detail and show tech and i think your best shot is to open a case directly with the customer support.
