Richard,

Very short question could be answered in many ways....

To classify l2tp - its udp 1701 (you knew that right?) but that's probably
not what you want to do?

Probably what you do want:
Classify and mark on the subscriber level. Optionally queue per-sub.  copy
DSCP from subscriber inner IP to l2tp outer ip using "qos propagate"
commands. Then use that outer DSCP in a BA classifier for a queuing policy
in your transport network between LNS and LAC.
L2tp control is marked by default as CS6 by the box.

Pay me a few notes and I'll set it up for you :-)

I have an Ethernet connection with incoming L2TP tunnels terminating on a
loopback and I have been advised to prioritise L2TP traffic towards the LAC.
How/where can I classify L2TP packets for priority queueing on egress.
