Hello All,
Can anyone confirm if the Redback XCRP3 utilises PIO (Mode 6), UDMA (Mode 5)
or (WDMA Mode 3,4) for the Host to Card communication?
Asuming support for all PIO,WDMA & UMDA can anyone confirm if a slower CF
which used PIO Mode 6 for VxWorks would cause any degridation in the
performance of a of the overall controller whilst up apart from the writing
to the CF for configuration changes or reading of the configuration on boot?
I believe the CF is only used on boot to load the config into RAM and for
the writing and reading of configuration changes.
Regards,
Antonie Falco
