well,
do you have XCRP4 or XCRP3 ?
On XCRP3 IPv6 subscribers will not work..

On XCRP4, it "works" since 6.4, also in 6.5 and will be officially 
supported on 11.x (new numbering - 11 = 2011).

Licenses - well, there is a license enfocement from first IPv6 
subscriber session.
There are 2 possible licenses - 64k and 500, 500 is just a test license 
so you can ask your /// to provide you with it to start testing services.
