[rbak-nsp] Problem with assigning static ip address with pppoe

Robert,

It is assigning the first IP address available from 172.23.0.0/27, and that
is 172.23.0.2 because the problem is that you are using the wrong mask:
172.23.0.11/27 is the same as 172.23.0.0/27. If you want to assign exactly
172.23.0.11, then do not indicate the prefix length.
