[rbak-nsp] Latest version of 6.4.x

[Navin Nepali]

So what's the stable version for SE800 with XCRP3?
Currently i use 6.1.5.4 since i found many bugs in 6.2.1.x.

Hi Navin,

If i remember right its  

6.4 last release for PPA1 based line cards
6.3 is the last release for XCRP3

But i was told to use 6.2 for XCRP3 as it has a longer time before End of Support vs 6.3
