[rbak-nsp] as-path prepend - AS number not recognized

Kuba,

You have to use the *:* format to represent new 4 bytes ASNs on SE. Your
example is:

[local]router(config-route-map)#set as-path prepend 197592
                                                     ^
% Invalid input at '^' marker

[local]router(config-route-map)#set as-path prepend 3:984
