I suppose that your BSF CF is faulty, so you need to get replacement.
I have tested SanDisk Extreme III 4G cards, but they are not in sale any 
more...
Try some bigger from SanDisk, avoid Kinstone.

Installing new SEOS is simple, when asked to type SE* do it, than 
execute installsys command.
It will guide you step by step.
