2 possibilities in my opinion:
- faulty BSD CF card (most probable)
- faulty XCRP hardware (10% chances)
first of all, replace BSD CF card with i.e. San Disk Extreme (4-8G
work, didn't test grater).
Than install system using bootrom commands (installsys)
I hope you have config backup.
