You have to accept all subsribers with username format MAC address - so 
only positive authentication.
Than - for all formally authenticated - you assign static IP addresses 
from Pool1 (MAC found in radius),
if MAC (user) is not found - then default profile will be used and will 
get IP from dynamic Pool.

This solution requires 2 addressing ranges used, and a reload of 
computer after reauth.
