[rbak-nsp] Install bootrom, kernel and image from bootrom-mode

Hi everybody,

just want to ask, if anyone of you have tried to install / update bootrom,
kernel by entering bootrom from external cf-card?

docs says it is possible, but only from flash or ftp:

load net filename
or
load hd:a /flash/filename

Loads an image from a TFTP server or from /flash.

Name of the file to be downloaded.

All files are located on external md.
unfortunately customer does not have a link on xcrp management port, so no
ftp server can be used :(
