I do not know any prefix limitation. Multiple full-tables is not a problem.

Subscribers requires the most memory. Here are some limitations per
line-card as per documentation:

48k IPv4-only-subscriber without queues
  OR
32k queued IPv4-only-subscriber
  OR
24k dual-stack-subscriber (as far as I know, this is not a physical
limitation; just a support limit)

8k contexts (=virtual router)
256k queues
