[rbak-nsp] Missing circuts/interfaces in SNMP.

I've inserted and configured new MIC cards to SE-100. But ports are missing in 
snmp walk:

[edge]edge#sho conf port 2/3
...
port ethernet 2/3 
 ...
 no shutdown
 bind interface gbe-0-dialog edge
 forward policy from_upstreams_fpolicy in   


[edge]edge#sho port 2/3     
Slot/Port:Ch:SubCh:SubSubCh  Type                 State

but:
