[rbak-nsp] L2TPv2 or L2TPv3?

Does the SmartEdge support L2TPv2 or L2TPv3?

The docs say that L2TPv3 is supported: "The SmartEdge OS implementation 
of L2TPv3 supports the following".

But the l2tp-peer command is only UDP which implies L2TPv2:
(config-ctx)#l2tp-peer name test media ?
   udp-ip  Tunnel to peer via UDP

Am I right in thinking that its L2TPv3 for VPLS, and L2TPv2 only for PPP 
subscribers?
