[rbak-nsp] trap from non existing BGP peer ?

Hi Marcin,

I've seen the same behaviour here for years now.

Just Take the 4 octets from the peers address in the trap and translate them into hex numbers.
So you will get:

2A 02 0C 40

Put them together in 16bit groups and put a colon between the groups.

2A02:0C40 

And voila! You got the first 32bits from the neighbors IPv6 address.
