If some BGP attrbute is the error you may find it with the command "show bgp malform update" or "show bgp malform message".
Also you can do this per neighbor with "show bgp neighbor <neighbor-ip-adress> malform update"

There was an bug in SEOS 6.4 which caused a reset of the BGP session because of an incorrect setting of "AGGREGATOR AS" value of 0 (zero).
Maybe this was hitting you.
