This may be point, I don't know if it's exactly same at your side, but
this is as resolved issue:
Packet Processing ASIC (PPA) error logs are generated while executing a subscriber churn test: /EPPA/EU00:Attempt to insert duplicate circuit
While executing a subscriber churn test, the following PPA error logs are generated: %PPAINFRA-3-IFACE_ERROR: 812cacdb/0000501518/635500000:10/EPPA/EU00:
Attempt to insert duplicate circuit 10/5:511:63:31/6/2/66203 into index, 0xf1379ea0 dup 0xd34c7260 10/5:511:63:31/6/2/66203 0007ff18 000ded2c 0007fa80 000913d4 0008dd0c 0008ebc4 0008b78e 000ec!
