[rbak-nsp] maximum-links must be 2 for access type link-group with current PPA card

Working example only for maximum-links=2:

link-group test access
  encapsulation dot1q
  maximum-links 2
  lacp active
  dot1q pvc 123
   service clips dhcp context CLIPS

port ethernet 2/1
  no shutdown
  encapsulation dot1q
  link-group-test


Problem occurs if I want increase maximum-links=3:

link-group test access
  encapsulation dot1q
  maximum-links 3
  lacp active
  dot1q pvc 123
   service clips dhcp context CLIPS

port ethernet 2/1
  no shutdown
  encapsulation dot1q


When I try assign link-group "link-group-test" I got error:
% maximum-links must be 2 for access type link-group with current PPA card

Any solution how to fix it?

Problem is on SE100 with SEOS 6... and SE600 with SEOS 12...
