[rbak-nsp] SEOS 11 vs 12

We currently use 11.1.2.5p2 for our production units.
I ran into an issue and I will need to update my SEOS and I wanted to get some feedback on version 12.x to see if it is worth using or if I am better off staying with 11.x.
