[rbak-nsp] SEOS 11 vs 12

Had a lot of critical issues initially moving to several earlier v12 revisions from 6.5.1.x but currently stable on 12.1.1.8 (tho if you run L2TP you'll need a tweak). 12.1.1.9 or later I'd highly suggest if considering the upgrade.
