[rbak-nsp] Clips and DHCP relay problem

Hello Thomas,


I found reason after digging some old manuals.
The subscriber record or profile must have no IP address configured.
My  radius response (Framed-IP-Address) always contained same IP address as IP provided by
DHCP. Removing this from radius response fixed problem.
