[rbak-nsp] Where to buy cable mini RJ-21 to 12x RJ-45 for SmartMetro 240 Linecards?

Hi,

anyone knows a source where to buy those 2m cables from mini RJ-21 to 12x RJ-45 used for the 60/2-ports FE/GE-Linecards in SmartMetro240?
They are End-Of-Sale since 2014, so to buy them from Ericsson isn't an option.

I've found similar named cables on the net, manufactured for Cisco devices. But they seem to have a bigger RJ-21 plug then the Ericsson ones.
