If your Ericsson device is under Multiven support and Multiven TAC identifies a bug in the code, Multiven will get Ericsson, or any other OEM for that matter, to fix the bug on your behalf. 

Whether Ericsson has flagged the software as end-of-support is irrelevant as your license to use the software is perpetual.

- there's still some light software support (no new official SEOS release).
- Hardware support is provided.
