[rbak-nsp] BGP - neighbor peer-as

Hi,

I need to do something like this:

  router bgp 198050
   neighbor 192.168.12.184 internal
   neighbor 192.168.12.184 peer-as 65000
     address-family ipv4 unicast
       route-map wanguard-in in
       route-map wanguard-out out

but unfortunately my SEOS-12.1.1.5p2-Release don't support such syntax 
"neighbor 192.168.12.184 peer-as 65000"

Is there any other way to do it?
