[rbak-nsp] BGP Flapping after flag recive

In 2011 the issue was with an AGGREGATOR attribute with AS 0.

So it's something else here.

You'll have to capture the session and/or debug bgp on the Smartedge to have some more information about the route at problem, I guess.
