[rbak-nsp] SE600/SE1200 card utilisation overbooking

Hi everyone,
Maybe stupid question but i've just realized that maybe i lived in a lie 
from the beginning :)

How do i have to calculate maximum throughput of one card slot in 
SE600/SE1200 chassis ? Vendor declares 20Gbps. Is it full duplex ? How 
to calculate it ? I can have 20Gbps incoming traffic and 20Gbps outgoing 
traffic on each card but having in mind only traffic from real XFP 
interfaces ? Or maybe i have to add also traffic which comes in/out 
to/from the card at the rear chassis interface from other cards ?
