[rbak-nsp] SEOS-12.1.1.12-p13 is safe for production?

Hi there how are you guys and ladies :)

Is the "SEOS-12.1.1.12-p13" version for SE600 stable? We use basic 
functions like bgp and clips nothing special.

We want to switch from the "SEOS-12.1.1.5p2" version, where 
dhcp-option-43 does not work.
