[rbak-nsp] SEOS-12.1.1.12-p13 is safe for production?

SEOS-12.1.1.11p7-Release on production here.
Router Up Time -   795 days, 11 hours 27 minutes 34 secs

We had some issues with higher patches (main problem line card crashes, 
but dont remember which version) so we've downgraded back to this one 
without further investigation and it works ok so far, but it has some 
BGP param bugs which was mentioned here some time ago. I've heard that 
"SEOS-12.1.1.12-p15" is stable and BGP bug is resolved there, but since 
the problem didn't occured more than 2 years we're postponing the 
upgrade :) Main reason - "if it works well so far dont tuch it" :)
