That happens on our modems when a customer holds down the reset button for 20+ seconds – factory default. PPPoE password of some CPEs are not passed to the RADIUS servers via Redback. Instead a default password ‘Redback’ is passed. When we checked the CPE configuration sometimes the password was vanished and sometimes password is there.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We block http access to the CPEs from WAN side so the chance for some hacking stuff is very low.
