[scg-sec] Change for SBC contact

I've officially changed jobs at SBC effective July 1 2005.  I now have the
opportunity to secure the wonderful world of IPTV.

SBC has not hired a replacement for my old position, and I wouldn't be
surprised if it remains vacant until after the SBC/AT&T merger is
complete.  Util then I will continue to provide occasional, unofficial
security support for SBC Internet Services.

Jeff Young will be the official scg-sec liason for SBC Internet Services.
