[VoiceOps] Broadworks upgrade security issue

If you upgrade BW to a new SP or major version, check this setting before and after:

WS_CLI/System/ClientSession/LoginAuthLevel

Its reverted to default upon upgrade a couple of times, which was really no fun at all.
