[VoiceOps] Class 5 Switch

I have worked with BroadSoft... I've worked with MetaSwitch.
I think the MetaSwitch product is better... granted, depending on needs.
I know the MetaSwitch product support is better than BroadSoft... in fact,
it's the best support I've seen in the industry.
