[VoiceOps] Level 3 Termination Issues - Vector

We are seeing a lot of 503s from Level 3 Vector network. Any similar sightings?

L3 side could be maxed out on our Trunks, but just wanted to confirm as there is no response from Level 3 NOC on this.
