[VoiceOps] No audio issues

So, what is the principal and most pressing issue?  Problems cannot be 
confirmed or denied at the intersection of many unrelated claims.

Is it ...

a) Calls seem to get set up from a signaling perspective, but there is 
no perceptible audio in one direction, or both directions?

b) Calls seem to get set up from a signaling perspective, but there is 
no *actual* audio (RTP packets) in one direction, or both directions?

c) Lots of calls are being rejected for 503s for no apparent reason?
