[VoiceOps] Issue with Cisco Catalyst Switch in IBM Blade Center

How often does the issue occur ?
I will confirm the switch model.
The switch seemed really bogged down and slow in responding to commands on the login session and once we rebooted it, the issue cleared away.

I'm not familiar with the IBM, but use a Dell blade system with Cisco
Catalyst 5316M switches in it, and have seen a similar issue. Is this
also a 5316M switch?
